Your Spot is Ready!
We've attached the festival map, parking map with instructions, and list of vendors so you can find your perfect spot. Get ready to set up your slice of the fiesta and meet new people.
Setup Time:
The party starts early for us! You can begin setting up your tents at 9:00 a.m. Let's get everything looking festive and fabulous!

Festival Start Time:
The gates open and the music begins for the public at 11:00 a.m. Get ready to greet our guests with a smile.

Your Tent and table , Your Style
Tents and table are the responsibility of each vendor, so bring yours and get it set up just the way you like it.
Decorate! This is an Hispanic celebration, after all!
We highly encourage you to bring decorations to bring a little extra sparkle and personality to your booth. Let's make this festival a feast for the eyes!
Keeping it Clean
Let's keep our festival grounds sparkling! Everyone is responsible for their own trash, and food vendors will have access to designated trash cans.
Power Up! We've got the outlets ready for you.
Just remember to bring your own extension cords to make sure you're fully powered up and ready to go.


General Food Vendor Safety Recommendations / Fire Safety:
-All vendors with open flames should have a working fire extinguisher.
-Staff should be trained on how to use it.Food Handling & Storage: Vendors must maintain proper food temperatures to prevent spoilage. This includes keeping cold foods cold and hot foods hot.
-Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including regular handwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
Waste Management: We provide disposal for trash BUT the vendor is esponsible for grease waste is essential to prevent attracting pests and to maintain a clean festival environment and this public park.
.Electrical Safety: All electrical equipment and cords should be in good condition, properly grounded, and not pose a tripping hazard.
